A company can change its name at any time upon lodging with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) the appropriate Form and paying the Change of Name fee which is at present $330.00.
The members of the company must pass a special resolution to do so.
Shelfcom will prepare for you the necessary members resolutions and provide your company with a new Common Seal.
