Should you wish to incorporate your company with your own choice of name we will at no charge ascertain for you if the name is available or not. There are several factors that may prohibit you using your first choice of name and they include: -

1. Names that are specifically prohibited to be used as listed by the ASIC.
2. Names that are identical to existing company names or registered business names registered through the State and Territory Governments.
