Shelfcom can obtain for you either a current search or an historical search of the ASIC records for your company or a company you have an interest in.

The information includes dates of appointment and addresses and dates and places of birth (for directors and secretaries) and I the case of historical searches the dates certain people ceased to be directors and secretaries.

An historical search also includes current details.
