Registration of a Foreign Company in Australia

Shelfcom also offers the service of registering foreign companies in Australia and if requested provides the resulting Australian "Branch" with its registered office here in Australia and the required Resident Agent.

The foreign company is required to provide the Australian Securities & Investments Commission with prescribed original and certified documents from its home country plus a suite of application documentation.

Shelfcom will prepare all the necessary application documentation and drive the application process.
